You know, maybe I am a kid. But I absolutely love all of the “kids” who star in this current generation of Nickelodeon sitcoms: iCarly (no surprise), True Jackson VP, The Troop (with its early-90s CGI effects)… hell, I’m even developing an affinity for the metro-sexual farting boys of Big Time Rush, and will probably love DanWarp’s new lovechild, Victorious.
(‘Should also mention that I have an unhealthy crush on The Troop’s David Del Rio (who plays Felix)… with all his sexy cross-eyed-ness and adorable Jew hair… although that’s not overly weird since he’s actually the same age as me… Right? RIGHT!)
During the premiere of “iQuit iCarly” last night, Nick started running this awesome little promo where the kids of Nick sing an awesome little rendition of “Jingle Bells” together, and let me tell you in a redundant fashion, it’s awesome. I particularly love seeing Jennette McCurdy and Nathan Kress dancing together (since the two hate each other on the show despite their romantic tension, and are really close friends in reality)… And of course, all of David Del Rio’s scenes are mmm mmm smexy.
Also… I’m pree sure The Troop’s Nick Purcell is gay. I thought he was when I first saw him, I was 99% sure in the episode where he and the prissy Gage (Hayley) traded bodies, and now seeing him close the promo by blowing snow into the camera… Yeah, he likes boys.
